Kierstin’s Vintage Baby Session

The third session in our one year bebe collection is one of my very favorite! Just like in this session of beautiful Miss Kierstin, babies at 6-8 months are sitting nice and strong on their own and content long enough to capture many different looks. For this session we chose a vintage look using our antique washboard and ‘tub’ and our favorite pom pom tutu. We also created some beautiful vintage baby angel portraits which Mom and Dad can’t wait to display on their walls and in Kierstin’s nursery. These timeless beautiful images will never go out of style and be cherished for many years to come.

Sunrise after the storm

This morning’s storm rewarded the San Joaquin Valley with a beautiful sunrise. But it only lasted a few minutes and then the clouds covered it up. Although I missed the amazing lightning show I was happy to capture this in it’s place.

It’s Back to school time!

It’s a bitter sweet time when the kids go back to school and it’s no different for this grandma, aka Yaya. I realized that once my little Levi starts school tomorrow I can’t just have him anytime I want. I will have to wait until after school gets out or for the weekend to get any real time with him. Like many other parents and grandparents I will eagerly be waiting for 3 day weekends and vacations of any kind but especially summer vacation when I can once again have special time with this little guy whenever I want. I just can’t believe he’s starting school when it seems like just yesterday I was holding him in my arms in the hospital for the very first time. Time is precious, spend it with the people that matter the most.

Beautiful Three River’s Engagement Session

This was a particularly fun session with a particularly beautiful and sweet couple! We had such a wonderful time climbing boulders and wading through the river while the sun was setting. The bride to be fell in love with our fine art canvases and is already planning to have one from their engagement session in their new home after they marry. Thank you Sawyer and Annie for a wonderful afternoon! We were blessed to get to know you both better and look forward to seeing you again soon!
